Delivery Details

For all orders over £100 inc vat, we will deliver, next working day, to a UK mainland address*, for FREE!
For orders under £100 there is a small charge of £5 for next day delivery. Small items will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, larger items will be sent by courier. In both cases the goods will need to be signed for.

If You Are Not Home

With items sent by Royal Mail you will be left a card and a re-delivery will be attempted the following day. You will also be given the choice to collect the item from a local sorting office.
 

With larger items, a card will left and a re-delivery attempted the next working day. If you miss both deliveries, the goods will be held at our couriers regional depot for up to 5 days where it can be collected. Items requiring a 3rd delivery attempt, re-route or return to us will be charged.

Alternatively, we can ship to a more convenient address if you help us carry out some quick security checks. You would only have to do this once.

For Same Day Dispatch

Place your order by 4pm for UK Mainland Next Working Day Delivery.

We'll process and dispatch in stock products right up to 4pm Monday to Friday, and your order will normally be delivered the next working day.

You'll need to place your order by 4pm Friday for delivery using our Saturday morning service.

Orders placed over the weekend (after 4pm Friday) will be processed and shipped on Monday and usually delivered on Tuesday

Orders placed on public holidays (i.e. Bank Holidays/Christmas) will be processed the next working day.

Next Working Day Delivery, Morning Delivery and Saturday Service is not available in the Republic of Ireland or Europe.

*This excludes remote areas of Scotland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Channel Isles. Once you have entered your delivery country, any applicable charges will appear.
