Is this accurate?
Every product page on the website is marked with a stock status to tell you if the product is available, or if not, when it will be.
We track our inventory carefully from the moment we order it from the manufacturer right up to the point when it leaves our building to ensure our stock messages are as accurate as possible.
All of our products are stored at and dispatched from our retail store in Bradford, not in a separate storage facility, or still in the manufacturers warehouse. This means there is less margin for error with stock allocation, and we are not relying on anyone else in the chain to send products to you on our behalf.
Whilst we cannot guarantee 100% stock status accuracy, we usually achieve a level of 99.98%.
If the product is not in stock but is showing as available for back order or pre-order, we will send the product to you free of charge on the day it comes in stock with us, for delivery on the next working day.

When you purchase a sofware licence you are effectively purchasing a code that will allow you to use the acquired software on your computer. Please make sure that your computer meets the minimum required specifications to run the software before you make a purchase as digital downloads cannot be returned under any circumstances
You will receive an email from us at The Disc DJ Store or one of our partners containing your software serial code, the standard procedure is to create an account with the specified software brand and you can then download that software onto your computer or laptop.
You would generally be requested to enter the supplied activation code to activate the software and allow you to use the software on your specified computer or laptop.
By registering the supplied licence in your account with a particular software vendor you are creating a permanent record of ownership so please be advised to make a note of your login details at the time of registration.
An Electronic licence is usually supplied via email to the email address you gave us at the time of purchase.
Within normal business hours electronic licence delivery is generally completed within 30 minutes.
Outside of our operating hours licences will take longer but will be delivered as soon as possible on the next business day.
Unfortunately due to the non-refundable nature of digtal content, we cannot accept returns on software licences received via email.
