When you buy from us, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However we know sometimes you may need to return products. Our policy outlines what products can be returned, when you can return them and how to do so.
If you change your mind
If you decide an item you've bought isn't quite right, we're happy to offer a full refund on most products (minus express shipping costs) Please note there are some items that can only be returned if they are faulty. If your item arrives faulty or damaged
We do our upmost to ensure all our products arrive with you safely, if you do receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please call 01274 394730, Monday - Saturday, 10am - 6pm, and one of our friendly staff will be happy to resolve any problems quickly.
How to return your item to us
Please return your product to us within 7 days of cancelling your order, make sure you use an insured, trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit. We reserve the right to charge you our costs, in recovering that product from you if you don't return the item.
As soon as we receive your goods back, we will issue a full refund within 3-5 days. Please note that if you return an unwanted item, and have opened and used the said item, we may issue a partial refund for diminishment, this will also apply to ripped/damaged internal and external packaging. To avoid partial refunds please make sure the goods are returned to us, unused in exactly the same condition as they arrived with you.
