Stock Levels
Is the product in stock?
Every product on the website is marked with a stock status to tell you if it is available. We track our inventory carefully to ensure our stock messages are 100% accurate. On top of that, all products are shipped direct to you from our retail store in Bradford UK, not from the manufacturer, or from a storage facility somewhere.
If it says ‘in stock’ it is guaranteed to be in stock!
Payments
We accept most major debit and credit cards, and a range of different finance options through Klarna and PayPal. All website payments are 100% secure and are subjected to fraud prevention checks. For your records, and for business accounting purposes, we provide a full VAT invoice after your order has been dispatched.
We offer the following Klarna finance options (available at checkout):

Shipping and Returns
Delivery Options
All orders of £99 and above are eligible for FREE STANDARD DELIVERY (7-10 working days, UK mainland only).
For faster service, Next Working Day Express delivery is available from £5.99. We also offer Pre 12:00 pm and Pre 10:30 am time-specific services. Weekend Delivery (Saturday and Sunday) is available for a flat rate of £15.99.
Orders under £99 start from £5.99 for Next Working Day service. (Please see our main shipping page for all carrier rates and detailed costs.)
Note: Items over 30 kg or 1.2 metres in length will incur a surcharge.
1-Hour Time Slot
All orders are primarily dispatched by DPD. On the day of your delivery, you will receive a 1-hour time slot from DPD via text message and email. You can also track your parcel's progress on a map and receive a 15-minute delivery window.
DPD Security
For secure handover, all DPD deliveries utilise a 4-digit PIN system. Drivers are strictly prohibited from leaving parcels in safe places or with neighbours. If you are unavailable, you must authorise someone else with the PIN.
Worldwide Shipping
As well as to the UK, we also dispatch to Europe, the USA and most other countries worldwide.
Orders shipped to Jersey & Guernsey are VAT exempt, with the 20% UK VAT automatically deducted at the checkout.

30 Day Returns
Our aim is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason, you are unhappy with your item(s) you can return them within 30 days of receiving them, providing they meet our returns criteria and they arrive back to us in brand new condition.
