Important Notes on UK Mainland Delivery
PIN System: Some of our couriers use a pin system, where you will be required to give the driver a pin number in order for them to hand the parcel over. You will be notified of this by email and text message when we dispatch your order.
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 5:00pm (DPD) & 3:00pm (UPS) will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
"Working Day" Defined: Our Express service delivers Monday to Friday. It does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Stock: Delivery times apply to in-stock items only.
Premium & Named Day Delivery
For urgent or specific delivery needs, enhanced options are available once you reach the basket or checkout page:
Weekend Delivery: We offer UK Mainland Saturday and Sunday delivery services for a flat rate of £15.99.
Time Slots: Pre 10:30 am and Pre 12:00 pm time specific delivery options are available.
Named Day: You can select a specific future delivery date.

VAT Exemption (Jersey & Guernsey)
Orders shipped to Jersey and Guernsey are VAT exempt. The 20% UK VAT will be automatically deducted from your order total when you select your country during the checkout process.
Heavy/Oversized Item Surcharge
A surcharge is applied if items meet specific criteria for weight or length, which require special handling and carrier services.
Weight Surcharge: £30.00 applied for any individual item weighing over 30kg.
Length Surcharge: £10.00 applied for any individual item exceeding 1.2 metres in length.
The specific surcharge amount will be clearly applied and displayed in your basket when the qualifying item is added.
DPD PIN Delivery: Secure Receipt
To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order and to prevent fraud, risk of theft or damage due to weather, we utilise the DPD PIN system for all shipments. This process guarantees that the parcel is only handed over to you or a person you have authorised.
How the PIN System Works
Notification: Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a unique 4-digit PIN code via SMS (text message) and email from DPD.
Tracking: The PIN is often available within the DPD app or through the link in your tracking notification.
Delivery: When the DPD driver arrives, they will ask you to verbally provide this 4-digit PIN.
Verification: The driver enters the code into their handheld device. Once verified as correct, the delivery is successfully completed and the parcel is handed over.
Strict Delivery Restrictions
Due to the enhanced security nature of this service, DPD will not and cannot action alternative delivery instructions.
No Safe Place: The driver is strictly prohibited from leaving the parcel in a designated safe place (e.g., shed, porch).
No Neighbour Delivery: The parcel cannot be delivered to a neighbour.
No Shop Collection: You cannot divert this delivery to a local DPD Parcel Shop (or any other location).
What if I am not available?
If you are not personally available to receive the delivery, you have two options.
Authorise Someone Else: You can securely share your 4-digit PIN with a trusted person (e.g., family member, colleague) who will be present at the delivery address to receive the parcel on your behalf.
Re-attempt: If the PIN cannot be provided, the driver will be unable to release the parcel. Please contact us immediately with a suitable day you will be home to take delivery.

Delivery times range from 2-4 days, 4-9 for remote areas.
