1.1 These terms and conditions govern the sale and purchase of products through our website.
1.2 You will be asked to confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions before placing an order on our website.
1.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Interpretation
2.1 In these terms and conditions:
“we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Disc DJ Store Ltd; and
“you” and “your” refer to the customer or prospective customer.
3. Order Process
3.1 Product listings on our website constitute an invitation to treat, not a contractual offer.
3.2 A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you.
3.3 To place an order, you must add products to your basket, proceed to checkout, provide the required details, select delivery, confirm acceptance of these terms, and complete payment. Payment is handled securely by our payment service providers and we do not store card details.
3.4 If you identify an error after placing an order, please contact us promptly by replying to your order confirmation email or by calling 01274 394730 quoting your order number.

4.2 We may change or discontinue products at any time and do not guarantee continued availability of any item.
5. Prices
5.1 All prices are shown on our website and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
5.3 If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before dispatch and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5.4 Delivery charges are shown during checkout before you place your order.
6. Payments
6.1 Payment must be made in full during checkout.
6.2 We accept payment methods listed on our website.
6.3 If payment is not received, we may cancel the order and withhold dispatch.
6.4 Unjustified chargebacks
* This clause does not apply to payments made under regulated finance agreements.
If you initiate a chargeback without valid grounds (for example, fraud or non-delivery), we reserve the right to recover:
-
The amount of the chargeback;
-
Reasonable third-party fees incurred
-
A reasonable administration fee of £25 (including VAT).
This does not affect your right to raise legitimate disputes with your card provider.
6.5 Finance & Credit Purchases
* Financial Conduct Authority: The Disc DJ Store Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. FCA Firm Reference Number: 718370.
6.6 As an FCA-authorised credit broker, we act as a credit broker, not a lender. Finance is offered through third-party credit providers and is subject to approval, affordability checks, and the lender’s own terms and conditions.
6.7 Any finance agreement you enter into is a separate contract between you and the finance provider. We are not the lender and do not make decisions regarding credit approval.
6.8 For orders placed using finance, a binding contract for the goods is formed only once finance approval has been confirmed, and we have accepted your order by dispatching the goods.
6.9 If your finance application is declined, your order will not be completed and no contract for the goods will be formed.
6.10 Where goods purchased using finance are cancelled or returned in accordance with our cancellation or returns policy, we will notify the finance provider. Any refund will be processed in accordance with the finance provider’s procedures.
6.11 Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to goods purchased using finance. In certain circumstances, the finance provider may be jointly liable under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

7.2 Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
