Faulty Items
Please contact us before returning a product so we can help troubleshoot and confirm the fault. All items returned as faulty are inspected and tested.
Within 30 days of delivery: You may choose a repair, replacement, or full refund. We cover return shipping.
After 30 days (within warranty): The item will be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty. We cover return shipping.
After 6 months: You must cover shipping to us. If a fault is confirmed, we will cover return shipping back to you.
If testing confirms No Fault Found (for example: incompatibility, incorrect setup, or preference rather than a technical fault), the item will be returned to you and a £10 return delivery charge will apply. The return may also be processed under our Unwanted Returns terms where applicable.
Faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
If your item arrives damaged, do not use it.
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the external packaging and the damage
Do not return the item without contacting us first
Once verified, we will arrange collection and issue a replacement or full refund.
Couriers
Return shipping costs and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise above. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. Some manufacturers may arrange collection directly — we will advise you if this applies.
Express or upgraded delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Packing your parcel
Returned items must be packed securely and returned exactly as received, including:
Original retail packaging
All accessories, cables, manuals, software, and PSU
A copy of your invoice
Your contact details and a clear fault description
Items must be placed inside an outer shipping box. Shipping labels must not be attached directly to the retail box.
Failure to return items in brand-new condition, with full packaging, or in secure packaging may result in deductions for diminished value, rejection of the return, or the item being returned at your cost.
