Is the product in stock?

Every product on the website is marked with a stock status to tell you if it is available. We track our inventory carefully to ensure our stock messages are 100% accurate. On top of that, all products are shipped direct to you from our retail store in Bradford UK, not from the manufacturer, or from a storage facility somewhere.

 

If it says ‘in stock’ it is guaranteed to be in stock!

We accept most major debit and credit cards, and a range of different finance options through Klarna and PayPal.

All website payments are 100% secure and are subjected to fraud prevention checks.

For your records, and for business accounting purposes, we provide a full VAT invoice after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping and Returns

Delivery Options

All orders of £70 and above are eligible for free delivery (3-5 working days UK mainland only), express next working day delivery is also available for £4.99. Orders under £70 are charged £4.99. Saturday and Sunday delivery is also available at an additional cost.

1 Hour time slot

All orders are shipped by DPD (except for smaller items which are sent via Royal Mail). On the day of your delivery, you will receive a one hour delivery time slot from DPD so you don’t have to wait in all day. You can also track the progress of your parcel on a map and receive a 15 minute delivery window.

Worldwide shipping

As well as to the UK, we also ship to Europe, the USA and most other countries worldwide. Please see our shipping page for full details.

30 Day Returns

Our aim is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason, you are unhappy with your item(s) you can return them within 30 days of receiving them, providing they meet our returns criteria and they arrive back to us in brand new condition.
