Borrowing directly from the flagship CDJ-3000X, the large 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen provides clear access to your music library, displaying up to 15 tracks at once for faster browsing. Waveform previews, phrase information, vocal position markers and BPM change indicators help you understand each track before you load it, allowing for more confident mixing and smoother transitions.

Playlist Edit also enables playlists to be rearranged directly on the player, while selectable Light and Dark display modes ensure excellent visibility in any performance environment.

Cloud connectivity and streaming built in

Built-in Wi-Fi opens up flexible ways to access your music library. With a compatible rekordbox subscription, CloudDirectPlay provides direct access to your cloud-based music collection, while StreamingDirectPlay supports compatible music streaming services including Apple Music, Beatport Streaming and TIDAL.

NFC login also allows DJs to instantly access their playlists and personal settings by tapping a compatible mobile device running rekordbox for iOS or Android.

The CDJ-1500X includes all the essential performance tools expected from a professional DJ player, including eight Hot Cue buttons, Beat Sync, Beat Jump and a dedicated Beat Loop control for creative mixing. The responsive mid-size jog wheel features a rotation indicator and non-slip surface, delivering confident handling during mixing and cueing.

The player is also the first AlphaTheta multi player to support the new CoBeat service, allowing audiences to scan a QR code, browse a prepared catalogue of music and send song requests directly to the DJ for greater interaction during performances.
