Powerful sequencing tools
The KeyStep 37 MK2 combines a polyphonic step sequencer with a versatile 16-mode arpeggiator, enabling fast idea generation and evolving musical patterns. Pattern chaining, overdubbing, octave control, note variation, and automation recording all support fluid creative workflows.
Creative Mutate functionality
The Mutate feature generates new variations of your sequences in real time, allowing you to quickly explore alternative melodies, rhythms, note lengths, and silences while keeping ideas moving naturally.
Hands-on workflow
Four dedicated encoders provide immediate control over sequencing, arpeggiator, and Mutate parameters with minimal menu diving. The controls can also be freely assigned to MIDI CC or CV destinations for custom performance setups.
