Powerful 1500W Sound with Exceptional Clarity

The EVOLVE 50M G2 combines Electro-Voice's professional loudspeaker technology with a powerful Class-D amplifier delivering up to 1500W of peak power. With a maximum sound pressure level of 129dB, the system provides the output and headroom needed for demanding live performances, mobile DJ events and professional sound reinforcement.

The full-range column array features eight lightweight 3.5-inch neodymium drivers, delivering clear vocals, detailed instruments and balanced high-frequency reproduction. A dedicated 12-inch subwoofer housed in a rigid 15mm wooden enclosure provides deep, controlled bass with a frequency range extending down to 37Hz (-10dB).

Whether you're performing with a live band, playing DJ sets or providing sound for an event, the EVOLVE 50M G2 delivers powerful, balanced audio from a compact and portable system.

Wide 120° Coverage for Consistent Audience Sound

The Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50M G2 features a specially engineered column array designed to distribute sound evenly throughout your venue. Its eight neodymium drivers work alongside proprietary waveguides to provide an impressive 120° horizontal coverage pattern.

An array-formed 40° asymmetrical vertical coverage pattern helps direct sound towards both seated and standing audience members, improving clarity and consistency across the listening area.

This controlled dispersion makes the EVOLVE 50M G2 particularly effective for weddings, live music venues, corporate events and professional entertainment where consistent sound quality is essential.

Integrated Eight-Channel Digital Mixer

One of the biggest advantages of the EVOLVE 50M G2 is its fully integrated eight-channel digital mixer. Developed in collaboration with Electro-Voice's sister brand Dynacord, the mixer provides professional-grade microphone preamps, comprehensive audio processing and flexible connectivity in one convenient system.

Four XLR/TRS combo inputs allow microphones, instruments and other audio equipment to be connected directly to the speaker. Additional stereo inputs provide connections for keyboards, music players and other playback devices, while dedicated Hi-Z and footswitch inputs offer further flexibility for musicians.

With independent channel controls, auxiliary sends and professional mixing functions, the EVOLVE 50M G2 allows performers to manage a complete live sound setup without carrying a separate mixing desk.

Professional Built-In Effects for Live Performances

The EVOLVE 50M G2 includes a comprehensive selection of professional onboard effects designed to enhance vocals, instruments and live performances.

Choose from 30 effects presets, including chorus, delay, flange and reverb, with two independent FX channels providing flexible processing options. Add subtle reverb to vocals, introduce delay to instruments or create more detailed effects combinations directly from the integrated mixer.

Independent channel auxiliary sends provide additional routing options, making the system particularly useful for singers, acoustic performers, duos and live bands.

QuickSmart DSP for Complete Audio Control

Electro-Voice's QuickSmart DSP provides extensive control over the EVOLVE 50M G2's sound performance. An integrated LCD display and intuitive single-knob interface allow you to adjust important audio settings quickly and easily.

Four application presets, Music, Live, Speech and Club, make it easy to optimise the system for different environments. Additional processing includes three-band system EQ, seven-band graphic EQ in Mixer mode, five user-programmable presets and store-and-recall functionality.

Input level metering, limiter status monitoring and master volume control help maintain a balanced mix and optimise gain structure throughout your performance.

Wireless Mixing with QuickSmart Mobile App 3.0

Take control of your sound from anywhere in the venue using the Electro-Voice QuickSmart Mobile App 3.0, available for compatible iOS and Android devices.

The app allows you to wirelessly configure, control and monitor up to six compatible Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50M G2 systems simultaneously. Adjust channel levels, EQ, effects and mixer settings directly from your smartphone or tablet, giving you the freedom to fine-tune your sound while listening from the audience's perspective.

QuickSmart App 3.0 also includes improved speaker grouping, True Wireless Stereo configuration and notifications for connection or input clipping events. LED identification makes it easier to locate individual speakers when managing larger setups.

Bluetooth Audio Streaming

Built-in Bluetooth audio streaming allows you to play music wirelessly from compatible smartphones, tablets and other Bluetooth-enabled devices.

This is particularly useful for mobile DJs, wedding entertainers and live musicians who need to play background music, backing tracks or interval music without connecting additional playback equipment.

The EVOLVE 50M G2 combines wireless playback with its professional digital mixer, allowing Bluetooth audio to become part of a complete live sound setup.

QuickSmart Link for Expanding Your PA System

The EVOLVE 50M G2 features Electro-Voice QuickSmart Link, allowing two compatible systems to be connected using a network cable.

Connecting two EVOLVE 50M G2 systems effectively doubles the available microphone and line inputs, making it easier to accommodate larger bands and more complex live performances.

Both systems can be controlled through the QuickSmart Mobile app, providing convenient management of your expanded PA setup without adding unnecessary external equipment.

Professional Construction and Portable Design

Despite its powerful output and comprehensive mixing capabilities, the Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50M G2 is designed for straightforward transportation and quick assembly.

The system features a durable 15mm plywood subwoofer enclosure, a lightweight composite column array and a two-piece symmetrical aluminium pole with internal wiring and magnetically assisted latching.
