High-torque direct drive motor
The newly developed direct drive motor delivers strong 2.5 kg/cm torque with finely tuned motor characteristics designed to minimise wow and flutter for smooth and precise playback during mixing and scratching.
Professional DJ layout
The RP-5000 MK4 features a precision die-cast aluminium platter and a statically balanced S-shaped tonearm with hydraulic lift, anti-skating, and universal SME cartridge compatibility for flexible setup options.
Flexible playback and pitch control
Three selectable playback speeds of 33⅓, 45, and 78 RPM are combined with adjustable pitch ranges of ±8%, ±16%, and ±50% for maximum performance flexibility. The smooth clickless pitch fader, reverse mode, and pitch reset function make it suitable for both traditional mixing and advanced scratch techniques.
Enhanced build and isolation
The redesigned chassis includes improved damping and vibration-reducing feet to help maintain playback stability in demanding environments. Detachable IEC power and gold-plated phono outputs provide flexible installation and clean signal performance.
