At the heart of Zebra 3 is the Generator Rack, a modular environment where oscillators, filters, and sound-shaping tools can be freely combined. Four primary oscillators morph between hand-drawn waveforms, wavetable synthesis, and additive engines with up to 1024 sine partials, delivering exceptional tonal flexibility.

Additional FM oscillators allow complex modulation routing without fixed structures, while noise generators, exciters, and modal resonators open up physical modelling possibilities for percussive and organic sounds.

Advanced sound shaping and filtering

Zebra 3 includes a wide range of filtering and processing options, with over 100 filter responses including analogue-modelled designs, comb filters, and spectral processing. Dedicated modules such as wavefolders, distortion, and ring modulation can be placed anywhere in the signal path, allowing for detailed harmonic shaping.

Vector mixing enables smooth blending or morphing between multiple sound sources, creating evolving textures and dynamic timbres within a single patch.
