Please read and complete this form in full before returning any products to the store. We will get back to you to advise you on the next step for your return.
Please ensure that the product is definitely faulty before initiating the returns procedure. All products will be tested and if no fault is found there will be a service charge of £40 and a £10 delivery charge to return the item back to you. If you are unsure whether an item is faulty or not please contact the store and we would be happy to advise you how to troubleshoot to try and identify the problem.
Postage costs vary greatly across different companies. We would suggest using Parcel 2 Go or Yodel to ensure a cost effective service. Please note that some manufacturers will arrange the collection themselves and forward you the shipping documentation - We will inform you if this is the case for your product. We will refund up to £10 towards the postage costs if the fault is within the first 30 days.
Packing your parcel
When returning an item please ensure that all the included packaging, documentation and accessories (including software and PSU's) are also returned, please also include a copy of your sales invoice, all your contact details (including a contact number), and a written description of the fault. Please also make sure that the item is placed in an outer carton so that no shipping labels are affixed directly to the retail box (failure to do so may result in a charge due to devaluation of the product).
